Gemma is fantastic! I had a lower back sprain from doing deadlifts incorrectly that made sitting down at work incredibly painful. She gave me advice on stretches and low impact exercises I could do to build myself back up, and also gave me the most... fantastic sports massage I've ever had. I was pain-free for days after, honestly like magic. Had a follow-up session to check how I was getting on with the gym, where she described more involved exercises to match my recovery, and another equally amazing massage.
