I saw Susie a couple of times due to knee pain during and after running. She gave me lots of advice about stretches and foam rolling, which really helped and I was able to run the Bath Half relatively pain free!
Gemma is fantastic! I had a lower back sprain from doing deadlifts incorrectly that made sitting down at work incredibly painful. She gave me advice on stretches and low impact exercises I could do to build myself back up, and also gave me the most... fantastic sports massage I've ever had. I was pain-free for days after, honestly like magic. Had a follow-up session to check how I was getting on with the gym, where she described more involved exercises to match my recovery, and another equally amazing massage. Really thorough and extended care, cannot recommend her enough!read more

Bristol Physio is by the far best I’ve been to. Charlotte, the Sports Therapist there, was incredibly professional, friendly and thorough.
