GP2PHYSIO is a new innovative service designed to get you seen faster.
The NHS waiting list can be weeks, even months - GP2PHYSIO gets you seen within a week at a private Physiotherapy practice near you at a reduced rate of the clinics normal fees.
What is GP2Physio?
The new service is available for GP's to access nearby private Physiotherapy clinics for patient referral. Patients will book themselves into the affiliated clinic of their choice for an initial consultation and pay a fee at a one-off affordable rate, using the special code given by their GP.
Patients will then have the opportunity to continue their Physiotherapy/Sports Therapy, at the clinic's usual rates, or be referred back to their GP and put on the NHS Physio list. There is no obligation to continue privately. Please note this code is valid for an initial consultation for one issue. You must get a new code from your GP for a separate issue.
The initial consultation will include a full assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan and a tailored exercise program.
