Gemma is great and continues to provide an excellent professional service. She first treated me in 2021 when I tore my rotator cuff. Since then she has helped me enormously with the back problems I have had. Last year I fell and broke my hip while playing tennis, resulting in a total hip replacement. Again, the service and support she has given me have been quite excellent. She is knowledgeable and very easy to get on with and I highly recommend her.
I had really good support too from Inga in 2022 while Gemma was away on maternity leave.

Charlotte has been the most fantastic sports and rehab therapist for me over the past 4 years or so. Gemma fixed me again! Have seen Gemma on and off over the past few years, first she fixed lower back pain I have had most of my life that other physios hadn't cured.
Recently I have had a shoulder operation and with Gemma's help I have a full range of movement and am back to full strength and able to enjoy extreme sports again.

My son has been seeing Kate after fracturing his foot 8 weeks out from a major competition. She has been brilliant, making the sessions engaging and entertaining for him so much so that he genuinely looks forward to going! She has given him an interactive exercise programme with clear instructions and videos to make it easy for him to follow and complete. She always explains things in a child friendly way so that he can understand. Highly recommend
