Libby qualified as a Physiotherapist with a first-class honours degree from Cardiff University in 2021. Following qualification she has spent 3 years working as a full-time physiotherapist in the NHS in Bristol alongside providing physiotherapy services as part of the medical team at the commonwealth games and Trampoline, Tumbling and DMT World Championships. She has also supported the Men’s and Women’s Welsh Squash teams as their physio at the last two European Championships.
Libby is passionate about helping people to achieve their prehab and rehab goals.
Prior to studying Physiotherapy Libby worked as a national level Trampoline Coach, massage therapist and has a masters with distinction in Sport Psychology. She has a level 4 diploma in Sports Massage, has completed an ACPSEM course in Functional Rehab and is currently completing a level 4 qualification in Strength and Conditioning Coaching.
In her spare time Libby trains in both aerial silks and flying trapeze.
