Holly graduated from the University of Gloucestershire in 2011 with a BSc (Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. Going on to achieve an MSc in Sports Therapy in 2014.
Holly is also a first aid instructor and lectures at the University of Gloucestershire. She has experience working with Gloucester rugby, GB sports acrobatics and GB U14 Ice Hockey. She has recently travelled with GB U16 England Basketball and currently works with The Big Act Dance School in Bristol. Holly uses a wide range of treatments from soft tissue, dry needling, taping and intensive rehabilitation programmes. She has a real passion for treating individuals’ post-surgically. Having worked with such a wide range of sports has furthered her experience, from ACL recovery to total hip replacements.
Outside of work, she is a keen hockey player, and loves being outdoors usually near the beach trying to surf.

- Played Premier League Hockey for Clifton Robinsons from 2017-2022, currently playing National league hockey.
- Competed for Great Britian in Sports Acrobatics, bringing home a silver medal.
- England basketball U16’s Sports therapist and Four Nations Winners!
