Alternatively - Jethro, Charlotte, Gemma and Andy are highly skilled rehabilitation practitioners that can assist in all strengthening, injury prevention and rehabilitation needs. They can assist with program development, adaptions around injuries and can include post-natal advice too.
Susie is currently doing a Strength & Conditioning Master's degree so will be able to provide S&C services soon. Gemma and Andy are also highly skilled in gym based exercise prescription.
