Charlotte graduated from The University of Kent in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy. She specialises in sporting injuries, soft tissue techniques and rehabilitation. Her degree means she is a complete MSK specialist and is able to provide rehabilitation to the highest level. She is experienced in pre & post-operative rehab, including ankle stabilisation surgery, ACLRs, knee and hip replacements. She also has a keen focus on sports massage and has twelve years experience in this field.
Charlotte also has a keen interest in hypermobility, scar tissue massage, pregnancy massage and shockwave therapy. She is qualified in pre – and post- event massage and advanced soft tissue techniques, including Dry Cupping & Dry Needling. Charlotte has experience treating children/teens, disabled patients and in elderly care. Charlotte is also qualified in Work Station Ergonomics.
Please note, as Charlotte is a Sports Therapist and this isn’t recognised by the HCPC, she is unable to see patients through private health insurance.
Charlotte has worked with GB Softball Men’s Team at their European Championships in the Czech Republic, GB Basketball and Basketball England Youth Teams. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys horse riding, running, hiking and kickboxing. Charlotte has owned her own horse for 15 years and is skilled at advising her patients on any changes that need to be made while riding.
Charlotte works closely with QEH School, BGS and University of Bristol Rugby Teams providing match day support, when she can spare the time outside of clinic. She has particular experience in helping equestrian, rugby and tri- athletes achieve their goals, including injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation.
