Charlotte Page - Sports Therapist
Charlotte graduated from The University of Kent in 2015 with a First Class Honours degree in Sports Therapy. She specialises in soft tissue injuries, soft tissue techniques, trigger point therapy and rehabilitation. Charlotte also has a keen interest in hypermobility, scar tissue massage, pregnancy massage and shockwave therapy. Please note, as Charlotte is a Sports Therapist and this isn't recognised by the HCPC, she is unable to see patients through private health insurance.
Charlotte has recently worked with GB Softball Men's Team at their European Championships in the Czech Republic and GB Basketball U'16 Men's Team, in preparation for their Championships. She is off to Copenhagen, Hungary and Prague this year to continue her support for Basketball England Youth Teams and GB Softball. In her spare time Charlotte enjoys horse riding and kickboxing. Charlotte has owned her own horse for 10 years and is skilled at advising her patients on any changes that need to be made while riding.
Charlotte has also worked closely with Ipswich Basketball Academy, Ipswich Rugby Club and Eastern County Girls Rugby. She has particular experience in helping equestrian, rugby and tri- athletes achieve their goals, including injury prevention, treatment and rehabilitation. She also has a keen focus on sports massage and has eight years experience in this field. She is qualified in pre - and post- event massage and advanced soft tissue techniques. Charlotte has experience treating children, patients with hypermobility, disabled patients and in elderly care. Charlotte is also qualified in Work Station Ergonomics. Charlotte works at David Lloyd Long Ashton and out of our Clifton practice. Early morning and later evening appointments are available, including some weekends.
